Ordering in four languages: Türkçe, English, Русский, العربية
You pick the language; the tablet speaks it.
The tablets at Aivo speak Turkish, English, Russian and Arabic. The guest picks the language, and the order, suggestions and menu questions continue in it.
One order, four languages
- Türkçe“Yulaf sütlü bir latte, lütfen.”
- English“An oat milk latte, please.”
- Русский«Латте на овсяном молоке, пожалуйста.»
- العربية«لاتيه بحليب الشوفان، من فضلك.»
Whichever you say, the same thing goes into the cart: an oat milk latte.
What you can do in your language
In the language you choose, you order, get a suggestion based on how you feel and ask about the menu: “What's in it?”, “Does it have caffeine?”, “Can it be dairy-free?” The answers come from the cafe's own menu information. When you open an account, the code e-mail also arrives in the language you chose on the tablet.
Rules that don't change
The language changes; the rules stay the same. Nothing that costs money is ordered until you confirm it, suggestions come only from the Aivo menu, and the order reaches the barista's screen the same way.
